Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. The most important points: the information published here is general guidance, not professional advice on your circumstances; reading it or sending an enquiry does not create a professional engagement; and Qatari law governs any dispute.

Everything published on this website, including the service pages, articles and frequently asked questions, is general information. It is not audit, tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances.
Qatari regulation changes. Rates, thresholds, filing deadlines and programme requirements described here reflect our understanding at the time of writing and may since have been amended. Filing deadlines in particular have been extended by the General Tax Authority in individual years.

We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this site is accurate and current, and where we state a regulatory position we name the instrument it derives from so you can verify it. We do not warrant that the site is complete, current or free from error, and we may change its content at any time without notice.
Using this site does not create an engagement
Browsing this site, downloading material from it, or submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship between you and MBN. We accept engagements only through a signed engagement letter that sets out the scope, responsibilities and fees.
Until such a letter is in place, please do not send us confidential or privileged information through this website. Information sent through the contact form is not treated as confidential client information.

- Submit false, misleading or abusive content through the contact form.
- Introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the site’s availability.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for republication.
Sign-in attempts and form submissions are rate limited and recorded. We may restrict access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction.
Our handling of personal data is described separately in our Privacy Policy.
